- Students can avail the school transport subject to availability.
- The service is not mandatory but only an extra facility which can be withdrawn at any time, at a short notice at the Management’s sole discretion.
- Routes of the school buses are drawn up carefully after giving due consideration to the convenience of the parents. However, the decision of the school authorities on routing, timing, pickup point etc. of the bus will be final.
- Parent should contact the school Transport-Incharge for necessary details.
- Students are not allowed to change their buses under any circumstances eg. to visit friends or relatives etc... If any change has to be made, parents are requested to come personally and pick up the student after obtaining written permission from the concerned authority.
- All of the students using the school bus are expected to arrive at the stop at least five minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
- The drivers are instructed to stop the bus only at the designated stops.
- Students should travel only by the buses allotted to them by the Transport-Incharge.
- Misbehaviour of any sort will make the student ineligible for the facility and he/she will face strict action.
- Students are requested not to damage, disfigure or destroy school property. Cost of any damage to cushions, covers, curtains or any other fittings, fixtures etc. in the bus shall be recovered from the parents of the student(s) concerned.
- Indiscipline in the bus will not be tolerated and may lead to debarring the student from travelling in the bus or even discontinuation of the bus service from him/her.
- Transport charges are payable along with tuition fee.
- The School/Management takes all precautions to see that the children are safe as long as they remain in their custody. However, it does not take any responsibility, whatsoever, for any damage or injury which may be sustained by the student as a result of an accident either in the school premises or in the conveyance provided by the school or in any other manner.
