General Guidelines For Parents

  • Read the contents of the Almanac carefully and abide by the rules laid down by school authorities.
  • Fill and sign the declaration and the Personal Memoranda in the Almanac on the first day of the school.
  • Check the uniform and punctuality of your ward everyday.
  • Ensure that your ward carries text books/exercise books according to the time-table.
  • Regularly check teacher's remarks in your ward's class work/home work exercise books and Almanac.
  • Check regularly for any circulars and diary notes and sign on the circular page of the Almanac. A prompt response should be given where ever required.
  • You are requested not to visit your ward or teachers in the classroom. For any information regarding your ward, contact the front desk of the school during school hours.
  • You are requested not to send sick children to school, under any circumstances, especially if the illness is contagious.
  • Parents/guardians are expected to attend all Parent Teacher Interactions as and when scheduled.
  • Any change of residential/office address and telephone numbers must be communicated immediately to the school office in writing.
  • In case of your child’s leave from school, an entry should be made by the parents in record of non-attendance on page no. 36/37.
  • In case of outstation leave, prior notification is mandatory.
  • Absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 6 consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the school rolls after giving the parent or guardian of the student a reasonable opportunity of showing cause against the proposed action.
  • Children should not be left unescorted at the bus stop. Please adhere to the pickup/ drop timings given to you.
  • The name, class and section of every student should be clearly marked on all of his/her belongings.
  • Please ensure that your ward does not bring any valuable article to school. The school is not liable to pay or compensate for any articles lost by the students.
  • Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Principal. They will not be allowed to answer phone calls during class hours.
  • Whenever you correspond with the school about your ward, kindly quote his/her full name and class with section.
  • All communication should be addressed to the Principal.
  • No child will be allowed to leave the school premises before the school gets over unless permission has been granted in writing. Any telephonic message will not be entertained.
