Junior Wing

We at Prince Public School are conscious of our role in ‘Nation Building’. Young citizens of our nation are entrusted to us for education and preparation for life. There is a team of qualified, experienced and highly motivated teachers that makes all the difference. Besides imparting subject related knowledge, teacher is a guide for life skills and an epitome of values. Children receive loving care from their teachers and find school as an extension of their homes. The academic staff is able to function well only because a highly efficient non academic and administrative team backs and supports it. All members of our team are ready to go beyond each and every time.

The toddlers of this age group starts their learning journey in a safe and cozy atmosphere. The foremost task for the facilitators is to help children make smooth transition from home to school. Once the comfort zone sets in for the children, they are able to master the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic. The big rocks of curriculum development in these foundational years are Language Development and Presentation Skill. This is achieved by giving a special place to English within the curriculum as it pervades all subjects. It is very important to remember that all other subjects need the skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and good presentation for ‘effective’ learning to happen. Therefore, our curriculum aligns with NEP 2020 provides for a variety of experiences through story-telling, role play, group activities, art, music, field excursions, sports activities etc.
